Order Processing

At Jorumo, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with details on how to track the status of your shipment.

Domestic Shipping — United States

We offer various shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. The following shipping options are available for domestic shipments within the United States:

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please allow 7–21 business days for delivery. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer, and Jorumo is not responsible for any additional fees associated with international shipments.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. When contacting us, please include your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
